Return of the Original Lob City

It's no secret that Lamar Odom is unhappy in Dallas. It can also be assumed that Khloe Kardashian, Lamar's lovely wife, would love it if he returned back to the city that made her the esteemed business-woman she is today. But with the way the Lakers handled his export, it's highly unlikely that we'll see Lamar back in a Lakers jersey... But what about in a half-blue, half-red suit? Clipper Lamar everybody!

Only kidding. But seriously: a Clippers uniform? Possibly. Who knows? That got us thinking...

The following was brainstormed by un-professionals and is for the purposes of this blog only. Not to be attempted in real life.

Next year Mark Cuban and Lamar mutually agree that the team-option should not be exercised, and Lamar signs with the Clippers, returning home to his lovely wife and to the team that gave him his beloved glory years.

Following the huge comeback that Quentin Richardson is about to make in this season's playoffs, alongside still-in-Orlando Dwight Howard, Q's $2.6 million isn't looking too bad for next year (keep in mind he's going to go hero-mode in the playoffs and average 15 points & 9 rebounds, with a few game-changing performances). All of the sudden, his contract is a steal for a guy who is performing at his level.

Meanwhile, Little does anybody know that Darius Miles quit smoking weed and has been training in the same lab that Ivan Drago use in Rocky IV. He is at an all-time high (pun intended) level of athletic prowess and has truly honed his basketball talent once and for all. All Darius wants to do is reunite with Q and Lamar, so he signs for the veteran minimum... All of the Sudden...

Lob City 2.0!!!
